Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know officially how impressive my experience with you folks has been. I purchased an older car from you folks (older than you typically sell) and have loved it. But when I noticed a few things wrong, you fixed them all immediately without question. Since I'm moving away from the Twin Cities this weekend, there was one last rattle in the front end I thought I would have you check out before leaving town. What was supposed to be a 45 minute appt turned into almost six hours, but you folks stayed on the job until you figured out the problem. And you nailed it! The problem is completely gone.
